The explosive growth of the public safety DAS industry created a serious strain on FCC license holders and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Buildings were being equipped with ERRCS systems, but license holders had no real-time visibility, no remote control, and no centralized way to manage compliance — until now.

Orange County Sheriff's Department Mandate
ERRCS Response LINQ is officially mandated by the Orange County, California Sheriff's Department — one of the premier and most stringent jurisdictions in the country for ERRCS installation. The Orange County Sheriff's Department decommissions their legacy auto dialer monitoring system and mandates the installation of Response LINQ as its replacement.
UL-2524 Certification Achieved
Response LINQ achieved UL-2524 certification through SGS Labs — becoming the only ERRCS monitoring platform in the industry to hold this certification.
